Therapeutic listening is an interpersonal confirmation therapy involving all the senses.
Service Description
Therapeutic Listening stimulates sensory integration within the central nervous system (CNS); sensory integration is the CNS's capability to absorb information. Therapeutic Listening is an evidence-based therapy for individuals of any age (although it is mainly targeted toward kids). In this therapy, skills such as attention, sensory integration, social skills, communication, balance, and perceiving and navigating space are learned while listening to specialized music on headphones. Therapeutic listening is an interpersonal confirmation process involving all the senses. The therapist attends with empathy to the client's verbal and nonverbal messages to facilitate the understanding, synthesis, and interpretation of the client's situation.
Cancellation Policy
Policy & Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction By enrolling in Cognidarn Therapeutics’ Parent-Child Relations Therapy Training, you agree to the following terms and conditions ensuring transparency and legal protection. 2. Scope of Services This training provides educational and therapeutic strategies for parent-child relationship improvement. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. For medical concerns, consult a qualified professional. 3. Payment Policy Full payment is required at registration. Installment plans must be completed before program completion. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy 4.1 Client Cancellation 7+ days before start date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee. Less than 7 days before the start date: 50% refund. After training begins: No refund. 4.2 Cognidarn Cancellation If a session is canceled by Cognidarn, clients may choose a rescheduled session or full refund. 4.3 Non-Attendance No refunds for missed sessions. A one-time reschedule is allowed with 48-hour notice. 5. Disclaimer & Indemnification This training is educational, not a substitute for professional treatment. Cognidarn does not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients indemnify and hold Cognidarn harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of training content or nutrition guidance. 6. Confidentiality & Data Protection Client information is confidential and will only be shared as required by law. Sessions may be recorded for internal training but not shared externally without consent. 7. Intellectual Property All training materials remain Cognidarn’s intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced. 8. Code of Conduct Participants must: Engage respectfully and professionally. Avoid disruptive behavior. Follow session guidelines. Violations may result in termination without refund. 9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions Cognidarn may update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of revisions. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Governed by Pune Jurisdiction laws.
